Lubica Garajova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lubica started their career in 2002 as an Assistance Coordinator at Assist Slovakia s.r.o. and later worked as an Office Manager at Law Office Krechňák & Partners. In 2007, they moved to Sonoma spol. s r.o. where they served as an Office Manager until 2010. Lubica then joined Generali Poisťovňa, a.s. where they took on multiple roles including Assistant to Board Member, Tied Agents Network Specialist, and ICT Coordinator. During their time at Generali, Lubica was responsible for project coordination, IT team operations, and communication with senior management. Most recently, they worked as an Office Manager at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Lubica Garajova received their Master's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Fakulta marketingovej komunikácie, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Before that, they completed their High School education in Hospitality Administration/Management at Hotel Academy from 1995 to 2000.
