Andy Watters MBA has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Andy began their career at NCC Group, a start-up company focused on IT consulting projects, where they gained corporate sales experience and increased levels of responsibility. Andy then joined Documation Software Ltd as a Channel Sales Manager, where they established a Europe-wide channel sales operation for document management and workflow software.

Andy later worked at Nokia as an Enterprise Channel Sales Manager in the EMEA region, managing distribution partners and resellers to drive the sale of Nokia mobile technology solutions to enterprise customers. During their time at Nokia, they also collaborated closely with Microsoft sales teams to promote the adoption of Nokia's Windows 10 operating system.

Andy then joined HTC as an Enterprise Sales Manager, supporting the relaunch of HTCPro mobility solutions to enterprise customers. Their role involved working directly with large enterprise customers and collaborating with software partners and sales teams in operators such as Vodafone and O2.

After HTC, Andy moved to Reveal Media Ltd as the Head of Sales, where they led the UK sales team and was responsible for growth through new business acquisition. Andy defined the go-to-market strategy, implemented sales processes, and recruited, trained, and coached a team of sales executives.

Currently, Andy is EMEA Head of Sales at iText Software, which provides API and low-code software solutions for enterprise developer teams. In this role, they lead the sales team in the EMEA region, driving growth and supporting the sales executives in exceeding their targets.

In addition to their work experience, Andy took a career break to pursue a full-time study for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Warwick Business School. During their MBA, they achieved a ranking in the top 25% of their class, completed consulting projects for SME and corporate companies, and interned at BAT, delivering business-enabling projects. Their dissertation during this time was also published.

Andy Watters MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications. This includes the MEDDPICC Masterclass from MEDDICC in December 2021, a Diploma in Personal Transformation Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching in April 2015, and the Master Practitioner of NLP certification from NLP World Ltd in January 2013. Andy also completed "The Complete Skilled Negotiator" course from The Gap Partnership in January 2012. Furthermore, they have completed the SPIN Selling certification from Huthwaite International in 2004 and the Workplace Mindfulness Trainers Training, although specific details such as the obtained month and year for the latter certification were not available.
