Katarzyna Aszyk has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment and talent sourcing.

Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Team Lead & Senior IT Recruiter at ITFS Sp. z o.o. since July 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Experis Poland as an IT Talent Recruiter & Internship Coordinator from February 2022 to July 2022, an IT Talent Recruiter from May 2020 to February 2022, a Junior IT Talent Recruiter from October 2019 to May 2020, and as a Talent Sourcing Intern in September 2019.

Katarzyna also gained experience as a Researcher at NAJ International Executive Search & Leadership Solutions from June 2019 to September 2019, and as an HR Researcher Intern at the same company from July 2018 to September 2018.

Katarzyna Aszyk completed their education at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2016 to 2021, and obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology. In addition, they received certification in Agile HR Fundamentals from Udemy in July 2020.
