Dwayne Flynt

Dwayne Flynt has a strong background in manufacturing operations, with their most recent role being at ITG Brands as the Director of Engineering and Maintenance. In this role, they provided leadership and direction to project management teams, overseeing the development and execution of multi-discipline capital programs. Dwayne also collaborated with global engineering and ESG initiatives and managed the budget for short and long-term strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Dwayne worked at Imperial Tobacco as a Production Manager, where they had overall responsibility for the manufacturing operations in the Reidsville facility. Dwayne'sscope of work included budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, safety, quality, employee engagement, equipment maintenance, capital improvements, and employee development. Earlier in their career, Dwayne was the President of Alternative Brands, where they oversaw all operations in the manufacture of cigarettes and filtered cigars, including contract manufacturing. Dwayne'sresponsibilities included costing, logistics, product development, customer contracts, regulatory requirements, and facility/equipment maintenance.
