Tim Terblanche

Tim Terblanche has work experience as a data scientist in multiple companies. Tim is currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at ITONICS - The Innovation OS since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at 22seven, where they held various roles. Tim started as a data science intern in April 2019 and later became a Data Scientist / BIA from September 2019 to February 2022. Finally, they were promoted to the position of Senior Data Scientist from February 2022 to May 2022 at the same company.

Tim Terblanche's education history starts in 2012 when they enrolled at Stellenbosch University. Tim graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoinformatics. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Investment Management and Statistics at the same university. During this period, Tim expanded their knowledge in the field of finance. In 2017 and 2018, they also completed a Nano degree in Deep Learning from Udacity, which allowed him to gain expertise in this specific area.

In 2020, Tim continued their education at the CQF Institute, where they completed the CQF program in Quantitative Finance in 2021. This further enhanced their skills and knowledge in the field.
