Jacqueline Holland

Jacqueline Holland, CPPB has over 20 years of work experience in procurement and contracts management. Jacqueline is currently serving as the Senior Director of Contracts, Procurement & Materials at MARTA, where they oversee a team responsible for managing $4.4 billion in contractual obligations. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held positions such as Director of Contracts, Procurement & Materials and Manager of Contracts at MARTA, where they managed procurement actions for various departments and handled approximately 200 contracts per month. Before joining MARTA, Jacqueline founded the Ryan Lee Holland Cancer Foundation, Inc. and worked as a Procurement Manager at Urey Companies, LLC, where they managed contracts and ensured contract compliance. Additionally, they gained experience in procurement and contract management at Detroit Public Schools, serving as a Program Supervisor and Trainer/Administrator.
