Sathish Guru has four years of work experience in the recruiting industry. Sathish started in 2013 as a Technical Recruiter for JMI. In 2015, they moved to Themesoft Inc. where they worked as an IT Recruiter. Sathish'sresponsibilities included sourcing resumes, technically screening, negotiating rates with Vendors, scheduling and co-coordinating interviews, checking references, and making contract and contract-hire placements of IT professionals for clients. In 2016, they joined OpTech as a Sr. Recruiting Enthusiastic. Finally, in 2018, they became a Technical Recruiting Manager for ITTStar Consulting, LLC.

Sathish Guru obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University between 2008 and 2012. Sathish also holds certifications from LinkedIn, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Indian Service Machine (ISM). These include a LinkedIn Recruiter (2020), AWS Technical Professional (2019), AWS Business Professional (2019), Using Data Science to Hire Employees (2019) and an Advanced Diploma in Embedded Systems (ADES).
