Roman Beck has extensive work experience in academia and research, particularly in the field of blockchain and technology innovation. Roman has held various roles including Head of Blockchain Center at the European Blockchain Center, Lead Researcher and Professor at IT-Universitetet i København (IT University of Copenhagen), and Assistant Professor at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt a. Main. Roman has also held visiting positions at various universities including Australian National University, NYU Stern School of Business, Georgia State University, University of Michigan, and UC Irvine. Currently, they are an Affiliate Professor in the Faculty of Science and Technology at The University of the Faroe Islands. Roman Beck also has experience as an entrepreneur and co-founder of XENUBE GmbH.
