Pierre-Olivier Fons

Pierre-Olivier Fons has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2019, they joined Ivalua as a Customer Application Specialist, providing internal support for complex upgrades and analyzing technical issues. Pierre-Olivier then progressed to roles such as Consultant Support Configuration Senior and Configuration Support Consultant, where they provided support to power users and clients, assisting with configuration and offering guidance. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2013, Fons worked as a Consumer Research Apprentice at INTER°VIEW Innovative!, where they focused on trend analysis and consumer studies. Additionally, they worked intermittently as a Wine Estate Assistant at EARL Chateau de Fourques from 2002-2018. Additionally, in 2011, they spent a semester at the University of Ottawa, studying Communication and Media Studies. Continuing their education, from 2015 to 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Teaching of French as a foreign language from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
