Mugdha Saroj

Mugdha Saroj has extensive experience in business systems analysis and Salesforce consulting. Mugdha currently works at Ivanti as a Lead Business Systems Analyst, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AccentCare, Inc. as a Senior Salesforce Consultant from February 2020 to March 2021. In this role, they led a portal integration project to enhance efficiency and communication within the organization. Before that, Mugdha worked at Mount Sinai Health System as a Salesforce Consultant, leading various application development projects from February 2017 to December 2019. Mugdha also worked at Persistent Systems as a Business Systems Analyst, where they managed a Salesforce project for Mount Sinai Health System from August 2016 to February 2017. Mugdha's earlier experience includes working as a Salesforce Business Analyst at Global Data Mart Inc. from May 2016 to August 2016. Overall, Mugdha has a strong background in Salesforce implementation, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.

Mugdha Saroj began their education in 2014 at Christ University in Bangalore, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on lean operations and systems. Mugdha completed their degree in 2015. In the following year, Mugdha joined Virginia Commonwealth University to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems and Services. Mugdha obtained their degree in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Mugdha has obtained several certifications. In August 2019, they earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. In February 2019, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance. Mugdha further expanded their knowledge and skills by completing a certification in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education in April 2020.
