Rayann Stepney

Rayann Stepney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting with the most recent, Rayann worked at Ivanti as a Lead Project Manager from March 2021 to the present.

Before that, Rayann served as a Senior Project Manager at Cherwell Software from October 2012 to March 2021. In this role, they managed the entire Cherwell Professional Services implementation life cycle.

Prior to Cherwell Software, Rayann worked at HEAT Software from June 1998 to October 2012 as a Solutions Manager/Project Manager. They were responsible for all aspects of multiple projects and clients in ITSM configuration and Project Management.

In 2007, Rayann briefly worked at USA.NET as a Technical Writer, where they produced customer-facing documentation and demonstrated advanced writing and editing skills.

Starting from August 1998 to October 2006, Rayann worked at Current USA, Inc. as a Customer Service Rep. They were responsible for accurately processing customer orders, refunds, and returns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lastly, Rayann served in the US Navy as a Fireman - E3 from August 1994 to August 1997.

Rayann Stepney has obtained a certification in ITIL v3. Additionally, they are currently working towards obtaining a degree in Web, IT, and Computer Science from SoluTech, Knowledge Alliance. They also hold a certification as a SAFe® 4 Certified Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in July 2017.
