Gilles Prepoint is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, coaching, and international trade. As the Founder of Uhumanea since May 2017, Gilles focuses on enhancing the success of companies and teams through effective collective intelligence and improved relationships. Gilles also serves as a TEC Canada Chair, advising CEOs on personal and business growth, and is currently an Executive and Leadership Coach at Ivey Business School. Previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of Firstop, President of France Oceania Group, and various directorial positions in retail operations with Ballande SAS and Decathlon International. Gilles holds advanced coaching leadership certification from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School, along with degrees from multiple institutions including Université Paris-Est Créteil and PRH International.
