Ramon Donis

Ramon Donis is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of Global IT Infrastructure Services at Medela since May 2019. Previously, Ramon has held the position of IT Manager Client & Server Systems at Ivoclar Vivadent AG since June 2010, overseeing the global IT Windows Infrastructure across 32 countries and leading a team in three strategic time zones. Prior roles include IT Project Manager at Hilti, where Ramon managed international IT infrastructure standardization projects across 54 countries, and IT Infrastructure Engineer at Hilti Española S.A., responsible for implementing new IT technologies for an organization of 1,000 employees. Ramon holds a Master of Advanced Studies in International Management from Universität Liechtenstein and a Diploma in Business and Information Technology from E.S.I.
