Gavin Wilson

Gavin Wilson has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Gavin is currently the Director of Engineering at Ivy Technology since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head Coach of Track and Field at Oakmont High School starting in 2022. From 2018 to 2023, Gavin served as the Engineering Director for the Americas Region at Reconext. At Teleplan International, they held various positions including Director of Engineering, Head of Global Engineering Board, Global Engineering Manager, and Software Test Engineer from 2002 to 2018. Before that, Gavin worked as a Quality Assurance/Lean Manufacturing Implementation Engineer at GW Lean Manufacturing Consultants in 2002. Gavin also has experience at ESI as a Test Engineering Manager, Test Engineer, and Electrical Engineer from 1998 to 2001. Gavin has a strong background in engineering, process improvement, and leadership roles.

Gavin Wilson completed their education in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a Master of Science and Licence degree from Loughborough University, from 1994 to 1997. Gavin also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Networking from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, from 1993 to 1994. In addition, Gavin has obtained several certifications including Level 2 Coach - Jumps from USATF in 2022, Six Sigma - Yellow belt from Teleplan International in 2010, Level 1 Coach from USATF Coaching Certification Program, and Level 2 Coach - Throws from USATF Coaching Certification Program.
