Kaitlin Popp, PMP, has over 14 years of work experience. Kaitlin has worked at IWCO Direct since 2014, starting as an Account Coordinator and progressing to an Account Manager and then a Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager Team Lead. Kaitlin is responsible for managing multiple mailing programs, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining accurate project execution. Prior to IWCO Direct, Kaitlin worked as a Property Manager and Maintenance Coordinator at Property Solutions and Services for six years. Kaitlin was responsible for overseeing property maintenance and managing the daily needs of residents. Before that, they gained experience as a Business Development Intern at Signature Financial Partners, LLC a member of John Hancock Financial Network, and as an Events and Promotions Marketing Intern at Greater Twin Cities United Way.
Kaitlin Popp, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications and Minor in Business Administration from Stonehill College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2006, they participated in a semester abroad program at Lorenzo De' Medici in Florence, Italy. Kaitlin also holds various additional certifications in Business Writing, Communication, Customer Service, Having Difficult Conversations, Building Business Relationships, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, and Writing Email from lynda.com. Additionally, they have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
