Heiko Bidermann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Heiko started their career in 1989 as an Education Retail Salesman at Metro AG/Horten AG, where they worked until 1996. During this time, they gained experience in workforce management, sales planning, costing, and inventory planning. Heiko also obtained a degree in department management.

In 1996, Bidermann joined Office Depot as a Flagship Store Manager, where they were responsible for sales and personnel, leading a team of up to 25 employees. Heiko then progressed through various sales roles within the company, including Sales Agent, Sales Manager for Berlin and East Germany, Sales Manager for North Germany, and Senior Regional Sales Manager for North, West, and East Germany. In these positions, they had sales responsibilities, acquiring new customers, opening up new markets, and optimizing profitability.

In 2013, Bidermann became the Sales Manager for Austria and Head of Sales Austria at Office Depot. Heiko had personal, technical, sales, and budget responsibilities for the sales department in Austria, including outbound telesales and SMB customers. Heiko also managed key corporate and international accounts with a team of up to 40 employees.

Bidermann then joined IWG plc in 2016 as an Area Director, responsible for the sales and operational running of the business in Austria. Heiko focused on growth delivery, operational accountability, and team development across the region. Heiko later became a Sales Director and eventually an Operations Director, demonstrating their expertise in sales activities, database systems, and leading and training sales teams.

Throughout their career, Bidermann has emphasized a "People First" approach and strong teamwork to create an outstanding work environment.

Heiko Bidermann completed their education in 1992, earning a degree in Sales as an Education Retail Salesman from Metro AG. Heiko has also obtained additional certifications in Conceptual Selling Coaching and Strategic Selling Coaching from Miller Heiman Europe GmbH, an MHI Global company, in 2015 and 2014 respectively.
