Miguel González López has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications and IT industry. Miguel is currently the Head of Centre IoT Services at IWG plc since March 2021. Prior to this, Miguel worked at NTT Ltd. from 2019 to 2021, where they held positions such as Service Delivery Manager and Client Delivery Manager, focusing on LAN, WiFi, and Security services. Miguel also worked at Tata Consultancy Services from 2014 to 2019, where they held roles including Head of PMO, Manager of Customer Success, Technical Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Middleware Technical Manager, with responsibilities involving project management, operational performance improvement, customer and stakeholder management, and team leadership. Before joining Tata Consultancy Services, Miguel worked at everis from 2010 to 2014, where they held positions as Functional Analyst and Software Analyst, mainly in the telecommunications and gas distribution areas. Miguel'sresponsibilities included requirements gathering, team management, software design and development, and testing. Prior to their career in the IT industry, Miguel gained call center operator experience at Sykes in 2009.

Miguel González López completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universidad de León from 2002 to 2009. In 2012, they pursued further education by obtaining a Master's degree in Engineering Railway Infrastructure and Locomotive Elements from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes. Miguel also attended Università del Salento for a Computer Science degree during 2007-2008. Additionally, Miguel obtained certifications in ITIL Service Design from APMG International in 2017 and ITIL Foundation from PEOPLECERT in 2015. Most recently, they pursued a Business and Marketing Expert degree at thePower during the academic year 2021-2022.
