Laura Irving has extensive experience in project management and administrative roles, currently serving as Project Manager for Mental Health and Addictions at IWK Health since July 2010, and previously held the position of Administrative Assistant to the Director in the same department. Prior experience includes working as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at EastLink and a Front Desk/Assistant at the Canada Revenue Agency during a short placement. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Mary's University (2001-2006), a Certificate in Office Administration from Nova Scotia Community College (2008-2009), and a Certificate in Business Management from Dalhousie University's College of Continuing Education (2017-2020).
