Erica Burden

Erica Burden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica is currently working at IXL Learning, where they started in January 2020 as a Renewal Specialist and steadily progressed to become a Senior Renewal Specialist in July 2021. After that, they took on the role of Lead Renewal Specialist from May 2022 to October 2022 before being promoted to Strategic Account Manager from October 2022 to July 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead - International Account Management at IXL Learning, starting in June 2023.

Prior to their role at IXL Learning, Erica worked at Trane as an Inside Sales Specialist from April 2019 to January 2020. Before that, they were a Teacher Membership Specialist at IXL Learning from July 2018 to April 2019.

In the education sector, Erica was a High School Social Studies Teacher at Wake County Public School System from September 2009 to June 2012 and again from January 2016 to June 2016. Erica also worked as a Teacher Assistant at Houston ISD from September 2012 to November 2015.
