Allan Brown CDir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources management. Currently serving as Managing Director of Operations & People, as well as Chief People & Operations Officer at J. Awan & Partners since September 2021, Allan also holds the position of Director at azakaw, a subsidiary of J. Awan & Partners. Previously, Allan contributed to organizations such as Serco and Leidos, focusing on transformational HR strategies and workforce management. Allan's tenure with the Government of Jersey involved significant roles in strategic operations and program management, and a notable career with the British Army showcased expertise in logistics and operational leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a BSc (Hons) in Logistics Management from the University of Lincoln, complemented by project management training at Bristol Business School.
