Jessica Ebenstein

Jessica Ebenstein is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and HR technology. Beginning a career at Symbol Technologies in 1998, Jessica progressed through various HR roles, including Director of Compensation at National Medical Health Card. Since April 2008, Jessica has held multiple leadership positions at J.Crew, currently serving as VP of Total Rewards & HR Technology and previously in roles focused on Compensation and HRIS. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 1998.
