Larry Thraen

Larry Thraen is a seasoned professional in the field of yoga therapy and education, currently serving as a Clinical Yoga Therapist at J. Flowers Health Institute since July 2019. As the owner of The Yoga of You, established in January 2015, Larry leads Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training programs and retreats, catering to individuals aspiring to teach yoga or deepen their practice. Additionally, Larry operates Bodhin Adventure Services, founded in December 2014, which combines ancient wisdom with modern principles to promote authenticity and self-accountability. Larry's educational background includes studies in International Relations with an emphasis on Environmentalism at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as 1200 hours of formal training in yoga and meditation from the School Yoga Institute.
