Alexa Effron

Alexa Effron is a Clinical Social Work Extern at Milestones Psychology. Prior to this, Alexa was a Clinical Social Work Intern at Sanctuary for Families, where Alexa worked with children and mothers affected by domestic violence. Alexa has also held positions as a Learning Specialist and Teacher at Brilla Public Charter Schools, as well as a Corps Member at Teach For America. Alexa has a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University, a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Alexa has interned as a Sports Partnerships Intern at Snap Inc.
