Katarzyna Pisarczyk

Katarzyna Pisarczyk is an experienced IT Recruitment Team Leader and Senior IT Recruitment Specialist at j-labs software specialists since January 2021, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions in the Warsaw area. Prior to this role, Katarzyna worked at Luxoft from October 2014 to December 2020 as an Expert Recruiter, where responsibilities included leading recruitment processes, managing a team of researchers, and building relationships with candidates. Katarzyna's early career included positions as an Academic Teacher at Jagiellonian University and a Psychologist at Rodzinny Ośrodek Diagnostyczno Konsultacyjny. Katarzyna holds a PhD in Psychology from Jagiellonian University and completed a psychotherapy program at OSS - Psychotherapy Center.
