Jacob Holt began their career in 2012 as a Student Worker and Film Crew at Franklin Simpson High School. In 2015, they were appointed President of the Western Kentucky University Residence Hall Association. In 2019, they joined J.Lodge as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, they managed a team to put quality first, led training recursive sessions, gave team members feedback to improve quality and speed of output, made client requested changes quickly and effectively, worked with a team of managers to help and support each other, and managed and ran reports to ensure quality work from the team. Jacob was later promoted to Team Lead, where they continued to fulfill the same duties. Jacob then returned to their original role as Quality Assurance Analyst.

Jacob Holt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from Western Kentucky University from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained an Apple Certified Associate in Mac Integration 10.7 certification in January 2012.
