Tammy van Eck

Tammy van Eck has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career as an HR Generalist at Nikolai.com in 1996. Tammy then worked as a Compensation Analyst at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where they analyzed and enhanced reward offerings for various organizations. Tammy then joined Towers Watson as a Consultant, focusing on rewards and performance management.
