Katherine Versteegh has a diverse work experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Katherine began their career at GENEX Services, LLC as an Administrative Assistant from 1995 to 1997. Katherine then worked at Matrix Resources as a Business Assistant from 1997 to 1999, where they gained experience in IT staffing and professional services.

Versteegh joined Medical Doctor Associates, Inc. in 1999 as a Staffing Consultant. Katherine later took on various roles within the company, including Manager - Risk Management from 2003 to 2006, Director of Licensing & Enrollment from 2006 to 2007, and Business Analyst from 2007 to 2009. In their role as Director of Licensing & Enrollment, they achieved significant revenue growth through process improvements.

In 2009, Versteegh joined Medical Doctor Associates as Director Business Development, where they successfully managed the Government Procurement Division, capturing and managing government contracts for the company. Katherine held this role until 2015 when they joined Jackson & Coker as Division Vice President. At Jackson & Coker, Versteegh led a team of over 40 professionals responsible for coordinating the privileging, credentialing, licensing, enrollment, and compliance of physician and advanced practice nurse contractors.

Throughout their career, Versteegh has demonstrated strong leadership skills, process improvement expertise, and successful management of teams and projects.

Katherine Versteegh holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Central Florida. In 2005, they obtained the NAMSS Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification from the National Association Medical Staff Services. Furthermore, they have acquired various additional certifications in areas such as Scrum, leadership, speaking, and productivity.
