Julie Tibbetts

Julie Tibbetts is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in various roles at The Jackson Laboratory since August 2016, progressing from Senior HR Recruiter to Human Resources Director, overseeing People Services. Prior to this, Julie held a management position at Synernet, Inc. for over 13 years, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee training and retention, and project management for over 200 employees across multiple facilities. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Husson University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
