Adam Aston

Adam Aston is a Senior Counsel at Jackson Walker LLP, where, since July 2016, the practice focuses on appeals, administrative proceedings, and litigation, leveraging over fifteen years of experience as an appellate advocate and trial litigator in both private practice and government service. Prior to this role, Adam served as Deputy General Counsel for the Office of the Governor of Texas from January 2015 to July 2016 and held positions as Principal Deputy Solicitor General and Assistant Solicitor General at the Texas Attorney General from August 2004 to January 2015. Adam holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University.
