Jesse Modica

Jesse Modica has extensive experience in theater operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Theater Operations at the Jacob Burns Film Center since October 2007. Prior roles include General Manager at The Prospector Theater from November 2014 to June 2016, and Theater Manager at both Empire Cinemas from July 2003 to June 2007 and Clearview Cinemas from September 1997 to April 2003. Jesse also worked as a Barista at Starbucks from August 2008 to June 2021, Assistant Manager at Blockbuster from September 2000 to September 2001, and Usher at United Artists Theaters from November 1996 to September 1997. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Westchester Community College, completed in June 2002.
