Christos Milionis has an extensive work experience in various marketing roles. Christos started their career as a Salesman at Perfetti Van Melle, where they achieved recognition for their sales performance. Christos then worked as a Product Manager at Notos Com. Holdings S.A. before joining Kraft Foods as a Brand Manager. Christos progressed within Kraft Foods, holding positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Brand Manager and Group Brand Manager. Milionis later joined Kraft Foods Europe as a Marketing Manager for Retail and Out of Home in Greece and Cyprus. Christos played a key role in developing new strategies for brands like JACOBS and Tassimo. After that, they moved to Mondelēz International as a Marketing Manager for Beverages in Greece, Cyprus, and South Europe. Their responsibilities included creating strategies for both in-home and out-of-home channels and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple countries. Currently, Milionis is the Head of Marketing for Greece and Cyprus at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, where they have been instrumental in developing the company's strategic plan and launching successful products like L'OR. Christos is also a member of the JDE GR Board of Managers and played a key role in the JDE merger.

Christos Milionis pursued their education from 1997 to 1998 at Aberdeen Business School- TRGUnivercity, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing-Business Administration.
