Travis Warren began their career in 2003 as an Account Manager for Qwest. In 2007, they took on a Communication Consultant role at Mitel User Group, while also becoming Pastor at Spring Hill Baptist Church. In 2010, they became an Account Manager at Allen Corporation of America, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and complete client listings in corporate databases, preparing electronic and print media presentations and proposals, and facilitating meetings to develop proposals. In 2022, they joined JacobsEye Marketing Agency as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients, contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales, developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods, reviewing various government contracting projection documents and helping to identify potential projects for the Company, providing suggestions on how best to engage with specific government individuals and Departments, reviewing company-developed sales strategies and documents such as RFI, Sources Sought RFQ and RFP documents and providing suggestions for edits, additions or deletions, representing JacobsEye at government contracting seminars or conferences, reviewing and assessing the company's marketing strategy and opportunities therein to increase business opportunities, providing Readiness Assessments of the company's win strategy, researching and providing opportunity identification and assessment, hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring the business development/accounts team, and briefing the Director of Creative Services on client projects and expectations.

Travis Warren attended Virginia Union University, but did not obtain a degree. Travis also obtained a Mitel Sales Professional certification from Mitel University in December 2012.
