James Taylor-Pyett

James Taylor-Pyett is an experienced professional in customer success and technical consulting, currently serving as Customer Success Team Lead at JAGGAER since February 2022. With over 14 years at Basware, James held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Service Manager. Prior to that, James worked at Digital Vision as a Technical Consultant, and began the career as a placement student at Total e-Solutions and Yorkshire Water. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and completed an Apprenticeship Level 5 in Operations / Departmental Management at Intec Business Colleges.
