Olohijei T.

Olohijei T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

From August 2018 to the present, Olohijei has been working at Jaja Finance, initially as an Ops Readiness - CS and currently as a Scrum Master. In these roles, they have been involved in various projects such as assisting in the operations stand-up workstream for Bank of Ireland portfolio migration, coordinating workgroups, gathering business requirements, and conducting system integration and user acceptance testing.

Prior to Jaja Finance, Olohijei worked at Shellies (Organic Snails) as a Project Manager from April 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they managed the provision of organic snails to consumers, offering both retail and wholesale rates.

Before that, Olohijei was with Deutsche Bank from October 2012 to March 2015. They held multiple roles during their time at Deutsche Bank, including Conflict Resolution Analyst and DBNY_FIXED Traders Personal Assistant. In the former role, they were responsible for tracking and managing potential conflicts of interest. As a trader's assistant, they were involved in trade review, reconciliation, and booking activities. Olohijei also had an internship as a Collateral Management Analyst, where they resolved collateral disputes and ensured minimal credit risk exposure.

Olohijei T. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Strategy from Aston University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Olohijei T. obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in January 2023, as well as the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2023.
