Edwin Collins is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources Operations at Jaleel Holdings LLC since September 2021, Edwin previously held senior HR roles at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd., POS Media LLC, Flextronics, and Carborundum Universal Limited, where responsibilities included organizational restructuring, employee lifecycle management, and the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Edwin holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resources Management from Madras Christian College and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Loyola College.
