Ramsay McDonald has over 14 years of experience in the energy sector, having joined JPS in 2004. He has held several positions within the organization, which have exposed him to all areas of the Company’s operations. As Senior VP Customer Services, Ramsay has overall responsibility for most of the Company’s customer-impacting processes. His portfolio includes: Revenue Management, Corporate Communications & Customer Experience, Loss Reduction, Facilities Management, Community Renewal and the JPS Foundation.

Ramsay also has over ten years’ experience in the financial sector, mainly in banking, complemented by another seven years in the Customer Contact Centre field in the UK and Jamaica. He has served as a Branch Manager at Victoria Mutual, UK and Team Manager at the Avis Contact Centre, UK.
