Flynn Searle

Flynn Searle began their career in 2013 as an Apprentice at Matthew Landis Beauty, where they developed skills in inventory management, customer relations, strategic planning, and retail promotions. In 2015, they moved to Salon Services & Supplies, where they served as a District Sales Consultant and Showroom Assistant, managing a B2B territory within the state of Oregon and ordering, logistics, and fulfillment of $1 million in products annually. In 2020, they joined Ernest Packaging Solutions as a Sales Consultant, managing a B2B territory within Multnomah County and making 100+ calls a week. Currently, Flynn is an Account Development Manager at Jan Marini Skin Research, a leading manufacturer of medically validated skin care and aesthetic products, and an Aesthetic Consultant at Skin by Lovely.

Flynn Searle is currently attending Oregon State University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General. Flynn is expected to graduate in 2026.
