Andrea MacLean, CHRP, currently serves as the Managing Director of HR Strategic Partners Inc. since January 2014, offering customized HR solutions and focusing on consulting, workplace investigations, strategy, and leadership coaching. As Vice President of Human Resources at JANA Corporation since February 2022, Andrea plays a crucial role in developing and executing HR strategies essential for achieving organizational goals. Previously, Andrea held the position of Director of People Operations at JANA from November 2017 to December 2021, responsible for implementing HR best practices and fostering a performance-driven culture. Andrea's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Scholastic, Holcim, and Lafarge, with a solid foundation in human resources management gained through a Bachelor’s degree from York University and additional certifications in workplace investigations and programming.
