Rajesh Rao

Rajesh is the Chief Operating Officer of Jana Bank and has been with the Bank since August 2015. He has played a variety of roles, notable among them being leading Process Excellence, Transformation, Bank Transition, Zonal Business, Sales control and Learning & Organization Development teams.

Rajesh has 28 years of experience in Banking and Capital Markets as well as Financial services BPO, managing large complex operations (3,500 staff, global multisite operations) for Global Custodians, Investment Banks, Brokerages, Transfer Agencies, Global Financial Information Service Providers, Wealth Managers, Mortgage Firms, Retail Banks and Credit Card Issuers. He has been associated with firms such as Exim Bank, Infosys and Mphasis with CxO level reporting since 2009.

Rajesh holds a BE and MBA degree and is a certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
