Sara Ristic Sundac

Sara Ristic Sundac has had a progressive career in talent acquisition and employee development. Sara started as a Recruitment and Employee Development Associate at MediGroup Srbija in December 2020 and worked until September 2021. Following that, they joined The Big Search as a Talent Acquisition Partner from September 2021 to March 2022. Sara then moved to Miro, where they served as a Technical & Business Talent Sourcer from March 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Global Talent Sourcer at Janea Systems, starting in January 2023.

Sara Ristic Sundac holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy, which they attained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Media and Communications, completing their studies from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their academic achievements, Sara has obtained the Miro essentials certification from Miro in March 2022 and the Psychological counselor in education certification from OLI Psihološko Edukativni Centar in October 2020.
