Frederic Noyon has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Frederic is currently the Head of International Sales at Janitza electronics GmbH since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at SGB-SMIT Group as the Head of Sales - Cast resin transformers from April 2020 to December 2022. At SGB-SMIT Group, they were responsible for introducing a new market approach, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and expanding the service portfolio.

Before joining SGB-SMIT Group, Frederic held various positions at Phoenix Contact GmbH & Co. KG. Frederic served as the Director Regional Sales Asia Pacific from October 2016 to March 2020, where they were responsible for sales and marketing strategies, managing sales and product marketing teams, and achieving budget targets. Frederic also achieved significant growth in new markets and implemented gross-profit boost programs.

Prior to their role at Phoenix Contact GmbH & Co. KG, Frederic was the Area Sales Manager - Republic of China - Taiwan - Southeast Asia from October 2011 to September 2016. In this role, they managed sales subsidiaries, ensured budget compliance, and coordinated cooperation between subsidiaries and the parent company.

Earlier in their career, Frederic worked at METZ CONNECT GmbH as the International Sales Service Manager and Sales Manager Europe. Frederic also served as the Business Unit Manager and Sales Director at ERAtronic SARL and as an Export Manager at ERA-Elektrotechnik GmbH.

Frederic began their career in 1997 at the Economic Mission to the General Consulate of France in Cologne, Germany, where they completed their alternative military service in the health industry.
