Liz Jaquez has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on marketing and revenue generation. Liz currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Business Strategy at Janko Hospitality, where they oversee all revenue generation disciplines and leads a corporate sales and revenue management team. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Revenue Generation and the Corporate Director of Marketing + Digital Strategy at Janko Hospitality, where they were responsible for overseeing digital efforts and agency management for multiple hotels and restaurants.

Before joining Janko Hospitality, Liz worked at White Lodging Services as the Corporate Director of Marketing and the Senior Corporate Digital Marketing Manager, managing a marketing budget and overseeing digital channels for a portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and rooftop bars. Liz also has experience as a Part-Time Adjunct Faculty at Ivy Tech Community College and DePaul University, teaching marketing-related courses.

Earlier in their career, Liz held various roles at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, including Digital Marketing Manager and Reservations and Communications Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the hotel's digital strategy, managed reservations and group sales processes, and implemented telecommunications projects. Liz also has experience in quality assurance, VIP services, executive assistance, and event coordination.

Liz has additional experience as a Part-Time Adjunct Faculty at Kendall College and Lexington College, as well as marketing and promotional roles at George A Mueller Beer Co, First Step Records Limited, and Pastabilities Italian Grill. Liz holds a Master of Science degree and certifications in hospitality digital marketing and revenue management.

Liz Jaquez holds a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Eastern Michigan University, which they completed from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Business from Millikin University from 2002 to 2006. Furthermore, Liz graduated from Rochelle Township High School in 2002. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Google Ads Search Certification from Google in April 2021 and is a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) from HSMAI. Liz also holds certifications in Certified Hotel Digital Marketer (HSMAI), Certified in CQ5 Web Content Management System (Adobe), Marriott PLUS Certified (Marriott International), and Teaching & Learning Online Certification (Blackboard).
