Susann Schuster

Susann Schuster has diverse work experience in various marketing and travel-related roles.

From 2018 to the present, they have worked for Japan Travel KK, where they started as a Travel Consultant for the DACH market. Susann then progressed to become a Senior Travel Consultant and Sustainability Manager, and currently holds the position of DACH Market Manager & Sustainability Manager. In these roles, Susann creates itineraries for German-speaking customers, handles customer service and communication with partners, and designs adverts and brochures.

In 2021, Susann briefly worked for the Japan National Tourism Organization, specifically contributing to content creation for JNTO Germany.
