Catherine Sam

Catherine Sam is an experienced purchasing and procurement professional with a background in the food and nutrition industry. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Jardine Restaurant Group since May 2021, Catherine previously held the position of Assistant Purchasing Manager at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Procurement Officer at Café de Coral Holdings Limited from August 2018 to May 2021, and as a Senior Category Buyer and Category Buyer at Dairy Farm Group from June 2015 to August 2018. Catherine began their career as a Nutritionist at NutraCare Consultancy Limited from June 2013 to May 2015. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutritional Science from The University of Hong Kong and attended The University of British Columbia in 2012.
