Rula Alatia

Rula is an Associate Principal at Jasmax and has over 20 years’ experience in architecture. She has excellent liaison abilities on very large and complex projects while representing Jasmax in her position of leadership. Rula also contributes to the wider industry with her involvement in the National Association of Women in Construction.

In her previous role at Opus, she was the account manager for Bank of New Zealand. During her five year term in this position Rula managed the delivery of architectural and services design and documentation for new work and refurbishments.

Rula has a natural affinity with the design process and is adept at managing resources and ensuring projects are delivered according to programme. She is also particularly skilled at sharing information within the wider project team, ensuring the clients' brief is accurately applied throughout the design process and that all members of the project team are effectively coordinated.
