Cassandra Margolin

Cassandra Margolin is the current Head of People Operations & People Partnering at Jasper. Cassandra has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations and Performance Management. Cassandra has a proven track record of supporting and contributing to a people-first culture, and has implemented and supported programs for employee engagement, created and rolled out performance improvement plan methods, and contributed to mid-year check-ins and annual evaluations. Cassandra is also skilled in using data and analytics to support decision making, and has revamped new hire onboarding and other vital employee and manager trainings.

Cassandra Margolin has a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Utah and is certified in Foundations of Performance Management, HR as a Business Partner, and Talent Management from LinkedIn. Cassandra is also certified in Strategic HR Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
