Kevin O'Dea

Kevin O'Dea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and customer success across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Solutions Architecture at Jasper since April 2023, Kevin previously held roles such as Senior Solutions Architect and Solutions Architect. Prior to Jasper, Kevin worked as an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Ada and held a position as Product Marketing Manager for Competitive Intelligence at Zendesk. Additionally, Kevin gained significant expertise at Genesys after joining through the acquisition of Bold360AI, and also served in senior consulting roles at LogMeIn and various capacities at HubSpot. Earlier career experience includes positions at Forrester Research and Experian Data Quality. Kevin holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the College of the Holy Cross.
