Cyril Lim

Cyril Lim began their career in 2018 as an Assistant Event Planner at MAGMA GROUP, an agency with 15 employees specializing in organizing seminars and team building for hundreds of companies. In 2019, they joined Stand'Up as a Logistics and Planning Assistant and Event Recruiter, working with 10 employees to provide security services for sports and cultural events. In 2021, Cyril Lim joined Assurance Maladie de l'Essonne as a Telephone Counselor and Trainer. Finally, in 2022 they became a Senior Business Development Representative and Business Development Representative at Javelo, where they made 250-300 prospecting calls per week, booked 4-6 qualified meetings per week, conducted mailings and Linkedin outreach, and recruited and trained new BDRs.

Cyril Lim has a diverse educational background. In 2013, they obtained their Baccalauréat from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in the field of Economique et social. Cyril then attended Université d'Évry in 2014-2015, where they obtained their Licence 1 STAPS. From 2015-2017, Cyril Lim attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), where they obtained their Licence 2 STAPS, Licence 3 STAPS Management du sport, and Master 1 STAPS Management du Sport. In 2018-2019, they obtained their Master 2 (M2) in Management des Evénements et Loisirs Sportifs from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). In 2021, Cyril Lim obtained additional certifications from HubSpot Academy, including Certification Stratégie Inbound and Certification Hubspot Sales Software. Additionally, they are currently attending Akimbo for Sales & Business development.
