Joe Bocchino has over 15 years of experience in federal business development in the engineering and construction industries. Joe began their career in 2005 as an independent business owner and president of Bocchino Consulting, providing independent consulting services. In 2006, they took on the role of Federal Business Development for Mabbett & Associates, Inc. In 2007, they became a Federal Programs Coordinator for Bryant Associates and in 2008 they took on the role of Government Liaison for C&C Consulting and Federal Programs Coordinator for James Kerr & Associates. In 2009, they were a Federal Programs Coordinator for Weston & Sampson Engineers and Business Development for The H.L. Turner Group. In 2014, they became a Marketing & Business Development Mgr for Maxymillian Technologies, Inc. and a Consultant for federal business development for Jay Cashman, Inc. In 2019, they became a Federal Sector Consultant for AKRF, providing counsel and representation for the company to federal agencies and teaming partners.

Joe Bocchino attended Dom Savio from 1968 to 1972, where they received their high school diploma. Joe then attended Tufts University from 1972 to 1976, where they earned a BS in Civil Engineering. Finally, they attended New England Law | Boston from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a JD in Environmental, Contract and Construction Law, Intellectual Property, and Corporate Law.
