Mahrukh Mukhtar

Mahrukh Mukhtar is a highly skilled professional in pharmaceutical development and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist for Jazz Pharmaceuticals since January 2022, Mahrukh has previously held various roles at GW Pharmaceuticals plc from May 2016 to January 2022, including Senior Associate Research & Development Scientist and Pipeline Development Scientist. In addition to scientific expertise, Mahrukh contributes to the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association as Director of Operations for the London Chapter. Mahrukh's educational background includes a Master of Research in Pharmaceutical Analysis and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University. Early experience includes tutoring in mathematics and working as a supply teacher.
